The goal of the Future Leaders Impact Program (FLIP) is to cultivate a generation of youth who are equipped with the essential skills, mindset, and confidence to lead, innovate, and create meaningful solutions to real-world challenges. To achieve this goal FLIP targets four indispensable areas: fostering leadership abilities, entrepreneurial thinking, a culture of innovation, and design.
