Preparing graduate talent for the workforce.

The Story

Opportunities for Emirati’s Young Graduates post-graduation have become scarce over the last decade. Multiple factors that included lack of clear entry pathways for fresh graduates, higher education that did not serve the needs of the industry and increasing automation – all exacerbated by covid - severely restricted opportunities for those coming out of universities.

With the backdrop of the current reality coupled with Project You's expertise and experience working on the ground with thousands of students in schools & universities over the last three years, a dire need for a sustainable, impactful and scalable framework to solve for this challenge was seen.

What if, just like we have incubators for startups, we have incubators for talent? Incubators that build monetizable skill sets, educate on social & emotional skills and engage graduates with industry experiences as they make the transition from academia to the workforce. Thus, Leap Talent Incubators was created.
